Purchase your firearm.
We ship it to a local dealer.
You pick it up.
After you make your selection and checkout, we will ship your firearm to a federally licensed firearms dealer (FFL) of your choice – these are typically gun shops or other retail establishments that sell firearms. You can use our FFL finder below or let us know your preferred FFL if you already have one that you have used before.
Contact your FFL. We need to know that your FFL is willing and able to accept firearms transfers and get some information from them before we are able to ship. Most FFL’s will charge a nominal (usually between $25 – $50) fee to process your transfer.
Shipping and pickup. Once shipped you will receive tracking information so you know when your firearm arrives at your FFL.
When your firearm arrives, you will be given the opportunity to inspect your purchase. If it is the wrong item or has been damaged in shipment please DO NOT accept the transfer and contact our service department. Per federal law, we are not able to accept returns after transfer – any warranty or repair issues will need to be dealt with directly with the firearm manufacturer.
Once you accept the transfer, your FFL will perform the required National Instant Criminal Background Check (NICS check) and once approved you will be able to take possession of your firearm.
Firearms refused by the FFL Dealer or which cannot be transferred due to a failed background check will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. By ordering this firearm, you certify you are the actual transferee/buyer of the firearm, are of legal age and satisfy all Federal, State and local legal/regulatory requirements to purchase this firearm.
